| I finally got another run in this week. It felt good to run again even though I'm feeling really sick and run-down. This week has been pretty busy and stressful with the baby sick and in the hospital and many sleep-less nights. I'm glad she's back home and doing a little better. Treadmill run: 10 min warmup, 2x10 min tempo increasing speed from 8.0-9.0 miles per hour w 3 min recovery & almost 8 mins of cool down

| I met a friend at the pilot station then we ran up to tonaquint to meet up with another group and ran the trail system, then back up to tonaquint and then back on the trail to my car. Considering how sick I've felt the past few days, & haven't slept well all week- I actually felt pretty good on this run. Our ave pace was 9:02 and that included a few walking breaks for drinks and stuff. I ate a banana right before the run., then I had 1 little honey chew a mile 4, 1/2 a waffle at mile, 7, the other 1/2 at mile 11, then 2 more chews around mile 13. My stomach felt ok the whole time. I think because I ate less, but more often. Still not sure what I want to use for the marathon. I wore the kinvaras that I will wear in the race and they felt good.

| Snow canyon this morning. This was the fastest I've run this since the baby, which is pretty good considering being sick this week. Ave pace was 8:55. I lost everyone when I stopped at the bathrooms, so I tried to push it a little the last 3 miles to catch up and I felt good.

| We ran up the dixie Dr trail to snow parkway, then on the hilly turtle road and then came back through Main Street. I felt good on this run and we had a good pace at the end. I was thinking I was only running 10, so I didn't bring water and I was a little thirsty. We stopped twice at water fountains. Ave pace 8:50.

| My 35th birthday and the 118th Boston Marathon. I had a fun time running with 2 of my sisters. We stopped a lot and got some great pictures.
