I wanted to run at least 14 today, but I found out Paul made plans to go canyoneering in Orderville and wanted to leave at 7- we compromised and he changed his plan to 8.  With the baby waking up twice last night- the earliest I could get myself up was 5:45 & I slowly got ready. I was able to do a 1.8 mile loop to Brigham road, then back around by sdessert hills before meeting Karen at 6:20.  Karen and I ran 10 miles together and went up Bloomington hills onto the trail, then got on the mayors loop- then up Brigham hill at the end. My energy was pretty good considering how tired I was last night and this morning.  I brought 5 honey stinger chews (pink lemonade)and gave 2 to Karen. Those tasted pretty good and were even ok without water. Unfortunately the water fountains are still all turned off- maybe next time I'll bring water.  I don't want to get dehydrated since I'm still nursing.  When I got back i checked on the baby and kids and they were fine, so I put Abby in charge for a few minutes and went out for 1 more mile.  ave pace about 9:40 (including a few stops) 13.1 miles- halfway there!
