Squeezed in an easy treadmill run before my kids got up. Started out around 9:30, then sped up to 8:20 for the last 15 mins.
tried out the new Hokas- they super cushioned and feel great. I didn't feel fatigued in my calves at all from the lower heal drop, but I will still wait to use these for a long run until I go on a few more runs in them to get used to them
