Treadmill workout. This has been one of those days when I've had my running clothes on all day and can't seem to find time to run. I was finally going nuts, so instead of making dinner, I decided to get on the treadmill and watch Harry potter with the kids. They are eating a frozen pizza right now :/ - but that's ok- I cook most nights for them.
60 minutes:
14:00- warm up- 6.3
Got off to feed the baby ;)
3:00 - warm up 6.3
5:00 - went from 7.5 up to 8.0
got off again to calm the baby
3:00 - recover 6.0
5:00 - 7.5 up to 8.0,
3:00 - recover 6.0
5:00 - 7.5 up to 8.0,
3:00 - recover 6.0
5:00 - 7.5 up to 8.0
13:00 - cool down about 6.3
