Track workout in the pouring rain. I kept thinking - what are we all doing here?? We did 3x1600 repeats. I didn't want to run them too fast, but hoped to stay under 7:00. My splits were:6:50, 6:52, 6:56. Then, we ran up and down the bleachers 5x. I'm glad I got up and did this in the rain. I need to get more consistent with my running
