Track workout- 8x800 m with 400 recivery
my leg was feeling ok through this, but I decoded not to do all 10 reps with my group just to be safe. I really don't want to over-do it again and get really injured.
my splits were: 3:19, 3:23, 3:18, 3:20, 3:22, 3:18, 3:22, 3:22
